Can you pick me out? Yep - I'm the cute one with the astonished look on my face.
Well, today is my first Halloween. Honestly, I don't really understand it...yet. Baba tells me that next year he's going to take me around the neighborhood to gather candy.
Candy? To date, I've had apple sauce, pears and prunes - all usually mixed with some sort of cereal. Candy? Haven't had candy yet, though Mommy has been unwrapping these tasty looking and really colorful "Starburst" things and Baba has this stash of "M&M's" that he's been keeping close all night.
One final thought, I'm saying "da da" now. As Baba has made abundantly clear, this "da da" thing is, and I quote, "the biggest racket babies got going." The point (from what Baba has told me) is that we haven't even invoked "Dad" in our household so this "da da" thing is little more than advanced baby pronunciation. As Baba says, he's happy that I'm pronouncing my "D's" but "da da" isn't saying much - literally and figuratively. We're still working on "ba ba," if you know what I mean.
HAHAHAHAH!!
