Overall, it was a good time. Mommy and Baba had invited lots and lots of family to see me get baptized. I knew something was going on when Yiayia and Papou and Grandma and Papa Eddie all came to the house Friday night. Something "special" was bound to happen...and it did, the next morning at about 11am. I've been to church before, but I'd never been in the baptismal font (it's kind of like a bath tub). And I certainly have never been held in the air, naked, dripping wet at church - that was a first! Theo Strat (who was my "Nouno") was GREAT - he totally looked out for me!
After everything was said and done, Yiayia and Grandma dressed me in this really cute outfit (brought in all the way from Greece!) that I spent the rest of the day in. I was pretty tired afterwards, so after lunch (out) and dessert (back at the house), I napped for two hours!
