We hosted friends and family for four consecutive weekends in January. First, of course, was our annual New Year's Eve gathering with my friends Wilson and Kaya (and their parents). Next Yiayia and Papou visited (we watched the Wild Card round of the playoffs), then Grandma and Papa Eddie dropped Aunt Meghan off at school and they stopped by (we watched the Divisional round of the playoffs) and then, finally, Theo Strat visited to watch the conference championship games with us. My realization? Football brings families together! We yelled and screamed at the TV - sometimes the teams heard us, usually they didn't.
It was so great having all these special guests visit us over the past few weeks...so much so that this past weekend was, well, kind of boring (the Pro Bowl only added to that boredom!).
Baba and I are rooting with "The Pack" this weekend...we're all about underdogs in this family (Go Bills!).
